Caroline Chang

Ms. Chang joined us in 2008 and is a Member and General Counsel of Noonday Asset Management LLP.

Previously, Ms. Chang worked as counsel in the Merchant Banking Division of Morgan Stanley in London and as a mergers and acquisitions associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London.

Ms. Chang graduated from Harvard Law School with a J.D. and from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science.
