FKG Capital - Gestão de Recursos LTDA. is a Latin American-focused private investment management firm acting as an exclusive subadviser to Farallon.  FKG Capital's office is in São Paulo, Brazil.

Farallon manages certain settlement, clearing, accounting and other back office functions for FKG Capital from its San Francisco office.

FKG Capital was founded by Daniel Krepel Goldberg and Farallon in August 2011.  Mr. Goldberg is Managing Partner of FKG Capital - Gestão de Recursos LTDA., based in São Paulo.  Prior to joining, Mr. Goldberg was the President of Morgan Stanley in Brazil.  He also headed Brazil's antitrust and consumer protection agency, as Brazil 's Secretary of Economic Law in its Ministry of Justice.  Mr. Goldberg received a master's degree from Harvard University and a doctorate degree from University of São Paulo.
