Andrew JM Spokes
Mr. Spokes is Co-Managing Partner of Farallon Capital Management, L.L.C. Mr. Spokes and Mr. Steyer oversee Farallon’s investment activities.
Mr. Spokes joined Farallon in 1997. In 2005, he co-founded Noonday Asset Management and he continues to serve as Noonday's chief investment officer. In 2007, Mr. Spokes re-joined Farallon as a Managing Member and assumed his current role.
Before joining Farallon in 1997, Mr. Spokes worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs for ten years, most of which time he spent in Europe and Asia. At the time of his departure from Goldman Sachs, Mr. Spokes was an Executive Director and Head of Corporate Finance for Goldman Sachs (Asia).
Mr. Spokes graduated with a B.A./M.A. in Chemistry from Oxford University.
