Mark C. Wehrly

Mr. Wehrly, a Managing Member, joined Farallon in 1996.

Prior to joining Farallon, Mr. Wehrly worked as a corporate law associate in the San Francisco office of Shearman & Sterling’s corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions practice groups.

Mr. Wehrly graduated Cum Laude from Harvard Law School with a J.D. degree and with Distinction from Stanford University with a B.A. in Economics and in English Literature.
