William F. Mellin

Mr. Mellin, a Managing Member, joined Farallon in 1987.

Before joining Farallon, Mr. Mellin was a financial analyst in the mergers and acquisitions department of Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc.

Mr. Mellin graduated Cum Laude with a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration.
