Michael B. Fisch

Mr. Fisch joined us in 2005 and is a Managing Director and General Counsel of Noonday Asset Management Asia.

Previously, Mr. Fisch worked as a corporate and tax associate at Covington & Burling's San Francisco office and was law clerk to the Honorable Diana G. Motz on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Fisch was a research analyst at Manchester Trade Ltd, an international trade consulting firm.

Mr. Fisch graduated from the University of Michigan Law School with a J.D., cum laude, and with a B.A. in political science from Emory University.  He is a member of the California Bar.
