Robert J. Ceremsak, Jr.

Mr. Ceremsak, a Managing Member of Farallon, joined us in 2010.

Prior to assuming his current responsibilities as Head of Investor Relations, Mr. Ceremsak worked at Goldman Sachs for twenty-five years, most recently as managing director overseeing the west coast prime brokerage business and also as an institutional salesman in San Francisco and New York.

Mr. Ceremsak graduated from Stanford University with an A.B. in Economics and earned an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
