James C. Kelly

Mr. Kelly joined Farallon in 2006. From 2004-2006, Mr. Kelly was an associate at Madison Dearborn Partners (MDP), a private equity firm. Previously, Mr. Kelly was an investment banker in the mergers and acquisitions group at Lehman Brothers.

Mr. Kelly graduated Cum Laude from Duke University with a B.S. in Economics and minors in Mathematics and Political Science.
