Ms. Dunn joined us in 2007, and is a Partner and General Counsel. Prior to joining, Ms. Dunn served as an associate in the investment funds, advisers and derivatives practice group of Sidley Austin LLP. She obtained a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she was a Yee Scholar, and a B.A. cum laude in History and Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame, where she was a Notre Dame Scholar. She is a co-author of the first edition of the book U.S. Regulation of Hedge Funds.
