Mr. Reef rejoined us in 2026 and is a Managing Director in the Credit group. Previously, Mr. Reef was the Managing Partner of Glade Capital Management, a credit-focused investment firm he founded. Prior to founding Glade, Mr. Reef co-led investments at Oberndorf Enterprises and worked at Farallon in the Credit and Arbitrage groups. Earlier in his career, Mr. Reef was an investment banking analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Reef graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a dual degree from The Wharton School and The College of Arts & Sciences, where he was a Joseph Wharton Scholar, a Benjamin Franklin Scholar and elected to Beta Gamma Sigma his junior year.
