Ms. Sailer joined us in 2026 and works in the Real Estate group. Prior to joining Farallon, Ms. Sailer served as a Real Estate Private Equity Associate at Bain Capital, where she focused on acquisitions and asset management across various real estate property types. Prior to that, Ms. Sailer served as an Analyst at Citi, where she supported the Financial Institutions coverage group. Ms. Sailer holds a B.S. in international politics from Georgetown University.
